WHY IT IS NOT HEALTHY TO EAT TOO
MUCH RICE
Why should you not too much rice? Have you ever heard anyone say that? I do not
think so. That is why this article is here for you. Many, actually most, people
will think of healthy when people say rice. However, it is not as simple as it
may sound, but too much rice is actually very unhealthy and can make you gain
weight and clog up your blood vessels. Yes, it is that serious to that extent.
One of the biggest reasons
why rice, especially white rice, is not that healthy is because they contain
extremely high levels of carbohydrates which is extremely bad for your body and
health. Too much carbohydrates make you gain weight and decreases our
metabolism levels. As a result, people think rice as a healthy food that can
help them lose weight. However, in reality, the opposite is true. Rice helps
you gain weight and in turn, you are completely the opposite of what you want.
Another reason why rice is
not that healthy is because it can clog up your blood vessels. Because rice
contains a lot of carbohydrates, it can generate more and more fat in the blood
vessels and make them smaller and smaller and in the end, clogging them up.
Clogging up your blood vessels can lead to deadly circumstances. Therefore, it
is important that you do not over eat rice.
The third reasons why rice is not as healthy as compared to other foods is that
it is a chewier substance. And chewier substances are harder to digest for your
body because it is harder to break down. As a result, you decrease your
metabolism and slow digestion can lead to many problems involving the heart.
And you don’t want to to have those diseases right? So avoid eating too much
rice.
There has being many cases
where doctors have found that it is the rice that has caused the many health
problems that people had. So this has being scientifically proven.
With that being said, it
doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t be eating rice. Rice is still a very healthy
food. It is just that if you eat too much, it will become unhealthy. Rice does
contain many benefits such as for your brain and skeletal structure. Avoid
eating white rice and try brown rice which will be much healthier. All in all,
rice has its benefits and downfalls.
